Ford is a much bigger company than VW yet VW sells a diesel not that expensive. Ford needs both the Ford Focus Diesel and the Fiesta Diesel in the US market . Chevy Cruze Diesel will be in the US market I can see that being a very popular alternative to the VW diesel
