No water spills ever. I live in San Diego so lower extreme cold weather does not exist here. JayDez's explanation makes sense because I did leave the defogger on when I parked it for an hour. I did notice too that my a/c does not get cold enough even in max a/c setting (my 2001 Hyundai Elantra is even colder even in the lowest fan setting). And when I have the vent set to just the top, I can still feel some air from the floor vents. In an 80+ degree weather, I had to have it in the #2 fan setting to at least get comfortably cool. I have to crank it up to 3 for my preference.
