So due to a paper work error my card ended up getting charged twice. Which cause my account to go negative. But once I call massive and alerted them on this issue they seemed to drop everything and make sure it was right. They called my back twice sat in a three way call did everything to make sure it was put right. In the end everything was made right and my parts are on there way.
