Yeah, It definitely sounds like we were in similar situations. My Charger would do 0-60 in about 5.5 seconds and I loved the menacing look, but it was so heavy and cumbersome. It was a total pain to park and the 5-spd auto sucked. I hated that transmission from day 1. I miss the acceleration but there are way more things that I like about the focus, the manual transmission being my favorite.
