I have the same issue. Auto-dimming mirror, and I park inside a garage. I heard before that someone said they thought maybe the change in temperature could cause the joint to change fit, but there's not enough of a fluctuation inside my garage. My '11 Sonata did the same thing, it was auto-dimming, too, so it's not just a Focus thing.
