Thats odd the dynojet takes into account for heat and Bero psi as well as humidity so even if it was 100 out then you came back on a day it was 40 out the runs should be the same

After all your chrcking one part to another so as long as there run with in say an Hr you would have an answer to the 2 parts gains or loss
