What I was told today that since they cannot duplicate the problem (I asked them if they knew the definition of random) that they have to talk to the Ford Engineers to see if anyone else has had this problem and, if so, what would be the resolution. I can now assume that Ford mechanics possess no problem solving skills unless the Ford Engineers tell them what their skills are. I am very disappointed in the answer I got today.
