Steering wheel doesn't lock up at all at 80. Works pretty well actually, now at 5mph it is a bit hard to turn.
No? How does the steering not lock when you kill the engine? What prompts the steering to lock?
Surely you lose steering assist, at a minimum? I still can't think of a single compelling reason to need to kill the engine while moving, but maybe that's just me.
