they'll last just as long as idf u werent lowered.
sway bars do nothing to affect ride height or stance, they only increase the effective spring stiffness when cornering (it does nothing to stiffness if hitting bumps straight on, like a speed bump).

asjustable links are usefull to keep the sway bar from making contact with stuff (control arm, body, etc) and to keep the rang of motion of the sway bar in a normal area.

however, if you adjust them to different lengths on each side, you can preload the bar to stiffen one side, which i dont recommend, since you dont drive a circle track car.
