First - the headunit will plug in fine, but it depends if you have sirius right now or not. the newer ones the sirius is built in the headunit; whereas the 08 its a seperate module in the trunk.
B - the mirrors should swap fine. generally newer cars have one harness made for them and it's just a matter of whether you have the actual option in the car. the heated mirrors work on the rear defrost button.
4 - switching seat covers is possible, but can be a real pain. would be easier to just get cloth seats and add a heater to them. however there is a reason they use leather instead of cloth for heated seats. leather is perforated to allow the heat to flow out of the seat for safety reasons.
