If no blinking than your srs mudule might be loose. Air bag system checks every componet when ignation is on. First thing to check is the SRS MODULE so if that one is no good throws steady light no flashing as far as I know. The cluster rarely goes bad. If you have a friend near you with a focus swap the cluster out and see that way.SRS It's located under the center console and the srs uses the car chasis as ground. The cluster also uses specified ground from the srs, so it might be loose somewhere. GL
