(Non Focus Thread) F150 Ecoboost Dyno Pulls

I copied this from my post on the F150 forums but to explain to some of you guys what I have. I did a stock pull, and then installed an AFE Stage 2 Cold air intake, and after that I did a pull with the intake and a canned 93 octane tune from SCT.

The SCT tune only increases boost by 1.5-2 lbs and the rest id just magic! The truck is very strong and hopefully soon I will get it to the track. Another member on the forums did a 15s flat in the 1/4 mile,

My trucks specs are: 3.5L Ecoboost 4x4 SuperSCREW, 6.5 ft bed,157" wheelbase, 3.73 gears.

Ok let me start....These Dynos were done on dynojet Dyno. On the same day, intakes were swapped out in between runs as well as the tune was changed between runs.

I was surprised by the results and still not real sure what to say with regards to the actual numbers. My truck would kick out on the stock tune at 4750 rpm, it did that on 4 different pulls in 4th gear. Not sure if it was a speed limiter or traction control. The Hp was still climbing so Id be curious to see if the results would have been different for the intake in the higher rpms.

I still love my AFE intake and think it allows the truck to breathe a lot better, but doesn't show the gains I thought. It was also very difficult to start pulls lower then 2000-2500, the truck would again to some odd things.

But these results show some interesting things.
