Those codes indicate the fault is likley in the connector ("pigtail") going into the coil pack. Check the integrity of the two thinner outer wires (green/black and orange/black, iirc). The center wire provides the coil with 12V as you've discovered; the outer wires are the "switching" wires that the PCM uses to fire plugs 1 and 4 or 2 and 3 in pairs. i.e. wasted ignition spark system.
