Yes,
A service manager called me this afternoon from my dealer. The tsb replaces what I had done already.... the strut bearings and the springs...it does not
not work. I told him this and he said that he was going to email (since it was late Friday afternoon) Ford engineering and see if there's something else that is indicated. He will let me know next week. He and I agreed that I do not need to be bringing the car back and forth to the dealership just to hurry up and wait.
