You might consider replacing the spark plugs. Those aren't supposed to last more than 100k. Mine were bad at 80k. When you take those out, be sure to have anti-seize to put on the threads of the new plugs when you install. Also you might want to replace the spark plug boot. Those can be had for about $5-8 each.
The PCV is not easy to replace in this vehicle. You must remove the intake manifold to reach it. I'd leave that one alone unless you're having problems associated with the PCV.
As far as hoses- I still have my original factory hoses. I just check those. I don't see anything wrong with mine and my car is 4 years older and has 40k more miles.
The serpentine should be checked, and replaced if needed. I didn't replace mine until about 130k. Even then, it was still ok. It seems like you do a lot of driving, so you might want to replace it so that you don't end up stranded somewhere far from home.
You can skip the brake fluid. Unless it's contaminated (black), it's probably ok. I still have my factory fluid.
With that much driving, I'd have things like the suspension and steering checked if you don't know how. Those parts- at least the ones that can cause you to make sudden turns- are probably ok, but should be checked. The sway bar end links are probably toast if you've never changed them. Those cause a rattle sound on uneven pavement at low speeds. I'd be concerned with tie rod ends and ball joints. I'd be really surprised if the shocks and struts were still good. Those will cause tire damage, and shorten tire life- which is probably really important to you.
