There are practical limits on going low especially for a street driven car. At a certain point you start screwing up driveline and suspension geometry. While "low" may be good from an appearance standpoint it can also negatively impact handling not to mention ride quality. Having some suspension travel is a good thing for both you and the car. Please be aware that most height adjustable coil overs start low and only get lower. Very few can get you back to stock or even near stock ride levels. If you were thinking you'd simply crank them up in the winter you'll probably be disappointed on how much they'll actually raise the car. Keep this in mind for whatever you select.
