For me, the proof is in the pudding, so to speak. I have used Castrol Syntech full synthetic ever since I owned my SVT. When I got it, it had like 17k miles on it. One the way home in the morning it will turn 250,000. Still doesn't use any oil on a 5000 mile change. I am happy!
