Multiple knocks or one single knock? Does it knock just after braking, like when the suspension settles?
One single knock after taking off, and just after stopping is a sign of a bad ball joint. On this suspension, I'd still check the end links. I'd also check the transmission mount. I had issue with my mount making a sound like that when I would accelerate.
