I LOVE the mirrors in my Focus. I didn't have any adjustment period as I had the same small blind spot mirrors on my 2010 Jeep Wrangler (stick on granny mirrors from AutoZone). It's impossible to see out of the left side of a hard top Wrangler so the mirrors are a must. I trust them 100%.
I do admit however, I still look to the right.
