Overheating at highway speeds = thermostat, or you could have a bad reservoir cap. A bad cap will cause coolant to flow out the overflow. How quickly does it overheat? Will it overheat in slower driving? Do you know how to do the electronic odometer trick to check your temp while you drive? You can watch the thermostat in action- but it's in C.
