I'm pretty sure that's either a Zetec, or a Zetec S specific component, but since I don't live in the U.K. or Europe in general I may be wrong. If they were dimensionally the same (or if you could just swap the entire bumper cover assembly (but that gets expensive especially for shipping)) you could order them from a european parts supplier and swap them in. It may not be easy however.
