Is adding air through the throttle and checking for leaks like it was a tire, I cutted a tire tube piece with the valve and fitted in place, clamp it to seal it and add 3-4psi, in some cases you will hear the leak but if sprayed with soap and water it will bubble wherever the leak is, IAC may leak a bit through the top but not on the flange.
