Yes, I know. I consider belts to be roughly equivalent in terms of function even though they are doing a valve train or a power steering pump or even a final drive mechanism. They all need changing at some point. I would have preferred gear drive for this but it would have been too noisy for regulations, I suppose. The exposed belts die quicker than the covered ones.
