Computer settings account for Dyno numbers. You can only select certain settings which can vary the horsepower by 7-10whp from std, sae, uncorrected. Its not like you can just click and make the car Dyno at 200whp.
That and the way the load bearing dyno works is based of the entered vehicle weight, it calculates the amount of resistance that should be applied to the roller.... if you input an incorrect weight, you could very easily skew the results.
