Deadlift probably builds the most muscle, squating probably taxes the central nervous system the most.
Dude I have tried squating millions of times and all those times I have never been able to get it right. I mean I feel my muscles work and I can feel the burn but ether my upper back hurts or my arms feel too stretched out I can never get them right =/.
Also as far as juicers go what do you guys think about the Omega VRT350hd?
