it's not a diet, it's a lifestyle.
my buddy was 396 pounds and now (1.6 years later) is at 177. He did it the natural way as well. just stop eating junk food, eat smaller portions, no soda. just by doing that pounds will fall off. once he got down to about 210 he had to start going to the gym to get the results he wanted. incredible stories, great motivation, and it shows anyone can do it.
haha i see people on forums and at autocross events trying to save every OUNCE they can from their Miata's to make them faster... but then they get out of the car with a huge beer belly!!
