Ok so I also cut off that metal piece that's inside of the rubber gromet thing towards the rear.
SO I used a flex pipe and 3 clamps. 2 through the gromet as a temp fix; and it's doing fairly well. One on the upper portion where the pipe and the original part meet. Only thing is, you can see a part of a rusted clamp if you are even slightly below bumper level. Any ways to fix this problem? I'm thinking about just taking it to an exhaust shop and be done with it lol. Monies though :(
