Psi doesn't matter. It's CFM that matters. 10 psi from a turbo the size of a T88 would probably blow your motor. 10 psi from the size of a t25 you could run on a stock block.
Figure out how big you want your turbo. Then do things like a compression check and a leak down to give you an idea of the condition of your motor. From the readiing I've been doing its hard to say how much power the stock block can hold. It seems like everyone overbuilds their car. But I think I have read maybe around 300hp is probably the max for a stock block zetec.
But doesn't the turbine push a certain psi based on wastegate springs? In return only pushes a certain CFM correct?
