Yep. There are three threaded studs that you use to secure it to the exhaust pipe. You'll need a hex driver or allen key for that. Get those nice and tight.
Then there are three nuts that go over each of the threaded studs. Those secure the threaded studs and keep them from loosening. Tighten those down and you should be good to go. As I mentioned, mine is not going anywhere. After reading some of the other posts, I rechecked mine and as I said it is not going anywhere. Nice and tight.
