Thank you for your response. Ford will replace my defective rear seat cover. The front end was aligned due to mis-alignment from the factory. The on-center of the steering wheel varies daily a minute amount! EPAS is suspect as well due to wandering on the tollway. I understand this issue was supposed to be resolved on earlier production run. The steering needs constant correction at highway speeds. The strut bearings sound like the car has 50,000 miles not 500 miles. This is a chronic issue and FORD must be responsible. Something is NOT right here. 3/6/2012 build date.
