Before noticing your post I had attributed it to me having MAX AC on at the time. Reverse has taken a little longer to break in. It's getting smoother, but at first it was like barely tap the gas and you had whiplash coming out of a parking space (God forbid if a pedestrian was near you). All I'm saying is that I had many of the problems other people posted about their transmissions at first but it's getting better with age.
I back into my spot at work, so I use reverse 3 times a day. At first it was herky-jerky but smoothed out over about 2 weeks. Now it is like silk and I can crawl in reverse with no jerkiness.
