The benefit would be maximized air flow for the zetec.
The dual stage intake manifold uses two sets of different length intake runners to maximize power AND driveability. "This device is designed to direct the intake air through four long runners below 6,000 rpm. Above 6,000 rpm, the manifold switches position to shorten the runners length, which improves peak power output. "


The intake manifold runner control is connected to the intake via cable and actuated via SVT ECU. (THAT may be the sticking point for most). The computer may be able to be told to use the IMRC if a factory Ford OBDII scan tool is used (need confirmation on that one!)... the ones that have done it just source the SVT computer and swap that in as part of the install.

2.
There is no difference other than color preference for the tail light housing. 99-02 used red, 03-07 used the black housings. I have red car; red housing would just keep a monochromatic color theme going for me.

3.
The rear stress bar mounts between the rear shock towers in the trunk/hatch area. You'd need to remove the trunk/hatch fabric, drill a hole (paint or zinc it to galvanize the exposed/untreated metal), run one bolt in and line up the other side and tighten them both down.
