Selling this b/c I'm selling one of my Foci and the one I'm keeping already has a K&N kit. It comes with all the pieces required for installation. You can download the installations instructions on K&N's website but it's pretty easy The hardest part is removing the factory air box maze. I've cleaned the filter and recharged it using the K&N recharge kit so it's ready to be installed. It's got about 40k miles on it. The blue one is hard to find nowadays. Compare at $200 new. K&N says to expect 8.5 HP increase. It feels like you get more.

There is some wear as can be expected. There are rock chips in the pipe but no holes or dents. The filter itself has some small bends in the metal mesh. You can see it in the picture. The moisture barrier hood that covers the filter to keep water out has a small 1 inch tear in it.
