Keep in mind. He is not a retail shop or business. Yes people say he makes great product. But he charges the same or more than Massive or CFM. But he does not pay taxes on what he sales. He does work for the mazda & focus on the side for extra money. But yes at times I got emails returned the same day or next day. Then other times it takes 4/6 weeks for a reply
