I am like you, I prefer the solid black. I currently have an F150 & a mustang that are both UA code black. I really wanted my Focus to be black also, but when I ordered it 2 weeks ago, Tuxedo black was the only option. I wanted a manual, and a dealer search for a HB with a manual in black was futile. Oh well, at least it looks black when the sun is not out. It is really the only thing that bothered me, I almost considered an auto, to get black, but dedcided I wanted the manual more.
