That and the fact they are stupid, as well! Never before had I had something turned down like this in my life. They have no problem replacing a $500 alternator on my old 2007 Grand Marquis when there was actually no problems with it. The TSB update is just not profitable to them! I could understand business wanted to be very profitable, but not at the expense of customer service. When something does break under warranty, it will cost them a lot more.
