I just put one of these on my 06 ZX4 SES PZEV.
Bolts on like the directions state.
I had 2 hoses that needed to be connected to the intake, only connected one, plugged the other. See the pictures in my album.
I have a little over 300 miles on it after the install, popped a code but it was for my battery. The car has 145K+ on it.
