I don't think its electrical, does anyone know what fuel pressure should be at in this car? I'm thinking maybe the fuel filter is clogging, and or an injector is messing up.

Here is the log data from one of the events:

Engine Load = 100 %
Engine Coolant Temperature = 91 C
Fuel Trim Bank 1 Short Term = 0 %
Fuel Trim Bank 1 Long Term = 9.375 %
Intake Manifold Pressure = 14.214 psi
Engine RPM = 4,737 rpm
Speed (OBD) = 96 km/h
Timing Advance = 25.5
Intake Air Temperature = 4 C
Mass Air Flow Rate = 102.18 g/s
Throttle Position(Manifold) = 93.725 %
Fuel trim bank 1 sensor 1 = 0 %
Fuel Rail Pressure (relative to manifold vacuum) = 36.588 psi
EGR Commanded = 0.784 %
Fuel Level = 33.725 %
Evap System Vapour Pressure = -266 Pa
Barometric pressure = 14.359 psi
Catalyst Temperature (Bank 1,Sensor 1) = 877.5 C
Voltage (Control Module) = 14.248 V
Engine Load(Absolute) = 90.98 %
Commanded Equivalence Ratio = 0.813
Relative Throttle Position = 76.078 %
Ambient air temp = 2 C

Is that low?
