You are correct, no courtesy car and I have not heard anything from Natasha saying that she could or would help me. Not once. It as if they were like the IT support from India goes. They read from a script and outside of that they really cannot help. Good customer service would be . ( I can help) which is not happening here. I get maybe I can help.
You are correct about the chill pill. But I wonder if this was happening to you and your families lives were in danger if you would still say that.
