Ford increases incentives based on days supply of a vehicle. My region has a lot of Focus currently so they increased the incentive by $500. I would look at buying by the end of the year because a 2012 will always be a better deal than a 2013.

January 3rd marks Q4 end date, sorry if I predicated incentives not changing, they never did on the Fiesta but I suppose Ford is trying to gain more buyer's in the segment!
