^^ absolutely not. We used it as a "lets see how it's gonna look" base.
We spray the OEM wheel with plasti dip, let it dry and then we painted rims green. If we wouldn't like it, then you just have to wait till the paint dries a bit and peel it off with the base plasti dip. And onto another color...
