I see in the case notes you weren't sure you would be able to visit your dealer due to your work schedule. If you were able to bring in your Focus Saturday, I hope they were successful in easing your worries.

If holding the button down for a second or two doesn't help, you may want to check out a similarly equipped one at your dealer to see if it behaves the same way.
