Still doing this routine ... I have taken a day off here and there, but still doing it.
Just finished "Legs & back" followed by "Ab Ripper X" ... I'm tired ...
Together, that's about 70 minutes of hard work ... took me a little longer than that to get it done, and I skipped a couple of exercises since I don't / won't lean my sweaty back against my painted walls to do the "Wall squat" exercises ...
And of the 349 reps in the "Ab Ripper X" I, once again, did 230 of them.
There are certain exercises that I just can't do all 25 reps like the people in the video, but I figure even 10-15 is better than none
On a side note, I went to get a haircut today at my regular place where I go about every 3-4 weeks, and the girl couldn't believe how I looked, she said I looked great :) , first words were "did you lose weight ?"
