It's one of those deals here in the lovely state of PA that is vague. I'm a licensed PA mechanic but just for hobby. Wife was pulled over 10 years ago for tint on her car but that's it. We paid the fine... I have had tint on every car I've owned for the past 10+ years but there's always a risk of getting cited.
With that said, wifes car is being tinted Wednesday lol! PM me if you have any questions. You drive almost right by out house. :-P
