Progress is good
I did my first full pull-up today ... it's been about 20 years since I did one ... even in high school I wasn't very athletic. Until the end of 8th grade I wasn't medically-allowed to do gym class because of an early-childhood problem.
Yoga was much more of a work-out than I ever thought it would be.
Legs and back last night was interesting, with a lot of pull-up and chin-up attempts. I did some, but with the help of a chair. I felt like a total wimp, but trying it at all made me feel better about it ...
And this morning I go and do one, out of the blue
... I felt pretty good about myself
Today I have Kenpo, which is all fighting moves, I guess. It should be interesting.
