I agree the Ford customer service is a great thing to have around here, but I'm also getting tired of seeing them tell everyone to just go to a Ford dealer all the time, as someone said " I think he knows he can go to a Ford dealer".

If where just going to tell everyone to go to a Ford dealer, mine as well as close the tech section and just put a big banner up saying " go to a Ford dealer".

Don't get me wrong either though, as I said, I think having the Ford customer rep around for dealer complaints is totally awesome, but this go to a Ford dealer stuff needs to stop. This is the third thread I've seen a ford customer rep just tell em to go to a dealer.
