damn. anyone still working out or keeping track of their progress?
I slimmed down to 185 in jan-febish. was way too skinny tho. dropped down to a 14 3/4" arms, 42" chest, and could barely lift 70lb dumbbells on flat bench.
so I started lifting like crazy, got my diet where it needed to be, and basically tripled my carb/protein intake.
now I'm up to 215lbs. Can dumbbell bench press 110lbs, and just hit 245lbs on flat bench 8x last week. arms are up to 16 1/4" cold, and chest is about 46 1/2". pretty pleased with the results so far, but it's not enough. I wanna be bigger, more shredded, and stronger. lol
