Yeah that's what I been thinking. When I was lifting regularly I used to always do more reps with less weight. Bench pressing was always my weakest point, and back in high school i used to love squatting. Think I could only do 300 though. I weighed 180 back then and tried desperately to get to 200 to no avail. As I'm getting older (21) I know my high metabolism is going to slow down and I want to start working out. I was going to buy some supplements but they were expensive and I didn't want to spend all the money on something I didn't know much about.
Don't have a Focus at the moment...Working on fixing that problem.
