you guys shouldn't take supplements like hydroxycut and things of that nature (i don't know the names of any others because i never visit a vitamin store) if you want to lose weight, you can't do it in a month with noticeable results and still maintain a healthy lifestyle, you're trying to lose 15 pounds in 20 days? that's VERY unhealthy, i lost 45 pounds (and then some, considering i gained alot of muscle throughout it) and it's been a little over a year, i don't take any supplements, i'll have a protein shake now and then, and a muscle milk once in a blue moon, you just have to work at it and be patient
