Yeah, even something simple like a driver and an interface for loading/saving tunes.
I'm sure a lot of the code would transfer over, without much modification.
And, seeing as though they have something in the works for iOS, I'm betting they're familiar with Cocoa, Objective C, and interface builder.
If you have Snow Leopard, I think Boot Camp works best with Windows 7. You could probably find a cheap copy of Windows Vista or XP somewhere, but it could be a special version, and you could end up having issues with the Genuine Windows Advantage BS.
